AVERS International Money Transfer Service was founded in March, 2005 as an instant money transfer system of "Finance & Credit" Bank.
The major principles of AVERS are: democratic tariff policy, constant expansion both the range of the provided services and the network of money transfers as well as the minimal period of time between the moment of sending and the possibility to pick up the money transfer.
Due to openness and simplicity of operational rules AVERS service became popular rather quickly. Currently, under the system of money transfers AVERS there were concluded 46 cooperation agreements with the Ukrainian partner banks, and AVERS network comprised 1500 agent locations all over Ukraine.
In October, 2006 "Finance & Credit" Bank being a representative of the instant money transfer system AVERS and the system International Money Transfers LEADER (Russia) declared about foundation of International Union of Money Transfer Systems (IUMTS) with the possibility of joining of new members – money transfer services from different countries of the world. Collaboration under IUMTS means common tariff policy and the possibility to send money transfers in USD and EUR.
In April 2007 Finance and Credit Bank and JSCB Intercoopbank (Moscow, Russia) inked an agreement on cooperation and integration of their own money transfer systems. (“INTEREXPRESS” is an international system of immediate money transfers for individuals without opening accounts in RUB, USD and EUR, it operates both in Russia, the CIS and non-CIS countries. The “INTEREXPRESS” money remittance system has 1,216 outlets in Russian and the CIS countries, 1,066 outlets in Canada, 134 outlets in Poland, 70 outlets in Vietnam and nearly 84,000 outlets in China.)
In September 2008 NSCA “Golden Crown” (Russia) and OJSC Finance and Credit Bank entered into agreement of cooperation of the two systems.
In December 2008 OJSC Zaminbank, the Caspian Money Transfer system, incorporated the Ukrainian system of international money transfers “Avers” to its integrated payment platform.
In 2009 the “Intrelexspress” system (Georgia) and JSC Finance and Credit Bank concluded an agreement on cooperation of the two systems.
Presently, AVERS network comprises 81 countries of the world. Using AVERS You can:

Representative cards VIP AVERS
The clients who often use Avers money transfer service can get a VIP AVERS card. Cards of a VIP-client VIP AVERS are not payment – they are representative cards which give the right to send money transfers using AVERS system according to a special tariff. VIP AVERS cardholders can send any money transfer, at that the invariable transfer fee will make up 0,5% on the transfer amount.
To send a money transfer using a VIP client's card VIP AVERS according to a special tariff simply present the agent clerk the card.
