/ Finance & Credit Bank becomes an agent of the international money transfer service Xpress Money

Finance & Credit Bank obtained a NBU registration licence dated May 10, 2007 to participate in the international money transfer service Xpress Money Services Ltd. Ihor Lvov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Finance & Credit Bank told: "We are interested in long-term strategic partnership with Xpress Money system, since we always strive to perfect the business of money transfers and transform it into a more convenient means to transfer money using maximum wide network. This agency agreement enables the Bank to execute payment of money transfers using Xpress Money at any Bank department from any location of the system working in 73 countries of all over the world, as well as to significantly expand the range of the provided services. In this connection there remains an important question of providing money transfer services at competitive tariff rates."
Xpress Money is an instant money transfer service Xpress Money Services Ltd, registered in 1999 in London. Xpress Money operates in 73 countries and has more than 14000 service locations all over the world.

Finance & Credit Bank was founded in 1990 and by total assets it enters the group of the largest banks according to NBU classification. As of 01.05.2007 authorized capital of the Bank made up UAH 519 mln., regulatory capital was UAH 953,3 mln. As of 01.05.2007 Bank's net assets were UAH 8,825 bln., liabilities totaled to UAH 9,899 bln. Loan portfolio reached UAH 7,054 bln., the amount of borrowed funds was UAH 5,053 bln. In March, 2005, Finance & Credit Bank created its own international money transfer system AVERS. Presently, system distribution network comprises 90,000 locations in 81 countries all over the world.
