According to the letter of National Bank of Ukraine dated 06.02.2008 ¹13-120/555-1339, which states on the 12th of February 2008 coming into effect the Disposition of the National Bank of Ukraine dates 29.12.2007 ¹496 "About adoption of regulations of transfer realization of individuals in Ukraine and abroad on current monetary noncommercial operations and their discharge in Ukraine and introduction of modifications in selected regulatory legal acts" (registered in Ministry of justice of Ukraine 1.02.2008 ¹74/14765), inform of coordinating norms of realization of monetary transfer operations in JSC "Finance and Credit".
At this rate from 12.02.2008:
- resident-entities may realize foreign currency transfers abroad equal to equivalent of not exceeding UAH 15000 at one operation
(working) day, - from current account in foreign currency or out of its opening (client's demand) without confirming documents.
- non-resident individual entities are allowed to transfer abroad the sum without currents accounts in foreign currency opening, which
does not exceed the equivalent of UAH 15000 at one operation (working) day, subject to documents, which confirm the origin of foreign
currency. The transfers in foreign currency abroad from current accounts of non-resident individual entities is provided without sum
limits.
- the foreign currency, sent from abroad in the interest of individual - resident and non-resident for cash pay without account opening,
may be paid to recipient at one operation (working) day equal to equivalent of not exceeding UAH 50000. If the sum of transfer (transfers)
received at one operation (working) day, exceeds the equivalent of UAH 50000, the Bank enrolls the transfer (transfers) in all amount on the current account in foreign currency of the recipient.
- commission fee for transfer is collected only in UAH
- within the territory of Ukraine transaction and payment of transfers in foreign currency is provided only with account opening.
- the transfer without account opening within Ukraine for cash payment without enrollment on the current account on the instruction of individual - resident and non-resident is provided by Bank exceptionally in UAH.
According to the Order ¹357-î dated 21.11.05 of "Finance and Credit" Bank opening of accounts for transfer realization via payment systems in "Finance and Credit" Bank offices is free of charge.
